In 1998, Leander moved to Johannesburg to develop both her academic and corporate careers. Employed with a good job and taking ongoing business courses, Leander started her own company called LimeLite Models and continued to feature in exclusive Beauty & Ramp pageants.
With over 10 years experience in the modelling and beauty industry combined with the experience Leander has gained thus far as a business owner, pageant coordinator and professional judge makes her a prime candidate to form part of this prestigious team.
